Thiago Faria is the global leader for Strategic Cities at JMM and president of the Strategic Cities and Least-Reached Peoples Committee of the Baptist World Alliance. He lives in Brazil. He is the author of four books on church and discipleship. He founded Equipar, a ministry focused on supporting leaders in creating a culture of discipleship and leadership development. He is a pastor, holds a master’s degree in theology, and is also an administrator and specialist in strategic planning and organizational management.
