He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, a degree in Theology from the Baptist Theological Faculty of São Paulo, and a Master’s degree in Theology from the Baptist Faculty of Paraná.

He worked for many years as a New Testament Theology professor at the Baptist Faculty of São Paulo, as an educational project manager within companies of the Ânima Educação Group, and as a strategic planning consultant at HSM Executive Education. He served as manager of Envisionar from 2016 to 2023, helping churches and denominations implement discipleship, build leadership training projects, and develop strategic planning.

He is the founder of the Equipar ministry.

He is the author of the books: “The Church That Makes Disciples” (Editora Vida) and “Being a Disciple of Jesus” (Equipar), “The Disciple’s Journey” (Equipar), and “The Disciple and the Beatitudes” (Equipar).

He serves as Global Leader of Strategic Cities for the Board of World Missions (Brazilian Baptist Convention) and as President of the Committee on Strategic Cities and Least-Reached Peoples of the Baptist World Alliance.
